Versity North Group

I launched the work of Diversity North Group nine years ago to bring my commitment and expertise on the nexus of strategy, organizational change, inclusion, and equity to life within companies, government, and nonprofits. As a social scientist and business academic, I’d been part of building the intellectual grounding on how and why these values benefit organizations in practice – but I hadn’t seen the findings of that work “get over the bridge” to organizational practice successfully. 

 

Diversity North provides tailored solutions for each client organization based on knowledge that is second to none in our sector. We invest in good science, good work, strong client relationships, and our committed team. We are noteworthy for our diverse group of PhD and Masters level consultants who are hands-on with clients and with each other in keeping the firm relevant and informed about the best people-centric practices and theory for the workplace. Our interest is to contribute to your building and maintaining an organization of good reputation and standing with and through engaged employees (and other stakeholders including board members, customers/clients, and more). We know this happens as the result of commitments by the organization and its senior leadership actualized through clear thinking around inclusion and equity that is felt by everyone “in the rhythm of the business”.
